Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or immediate family members of Oliver’s Tiny Home & Nordic Spa are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

This giveaway is hosted in partnership with the Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association as part of their fundraising event on February 20, 2026, at Craigleith Ski Club.
The winning entry must redeem the prize according to the booking guidelines below.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
• A 1-night stay (40% off) at Oliver’s Tiny Home & Nordic Spa, located in Simcoe, Ontario (Norfolk County).
• A unique Track3 Fundraiser coupon code, provided directly to the winner at the event, which must be presented when booking.

Prize Details:
– Stay must be booked and used between February 21 and May 31, 2026 (holidays and blackout dates excluded).
– Valid for one (2) guest maximum.
– One (1) pet allowed per stay for $30 + HST.
– Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
– The winner must be present during the stay — the prize cannot be gifted, transferred, or used by another person.
– Other conditions and terms may apply.

4. Booking Instructions

1. Visit the booking platform of your choice — www.oliverstinyhome.ca, Airbnb, VRBO, or Hipcamp — to view available dates.

2. Once you’ve found your preferred and available dates, contact info@oliverstinyhome.ca or message us directly through your chosen booking platform.

3. Include your Track3 Fundraiser coupon code to apply your 40% discount.

4. Once booked, rescheduling is not permitted. In rare cases, a change may be granted for an administrative fee.

5. If the winner cancels or fails to show up, the coupon becomes invalid and cannot be reused.

5. Conditions of Stay

– Stay dates must be selected between February 21 and May 31, 2026, excluding holidays and blackout periods.
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
– Firewood is not included but is available for purchase on-site.
– A $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to the stay and will be refunded after checkout, pending inspection and adherence to property rules.
– All guests must sign a liability waiver within five (5) days prior to the stay.
– Meals, transportation, and additional services are not included.
– Guests must comply with all property rules, safety instructions, and waiver terms.
– Oliver’s Tiny Home & Nordic Spa reserves the right to cancel or revoke the prize if any rules are violated or fraudulent activity is detected.
– Additional restrictions and booking policies may apply

6. Limitations of Liability

Oliver’s Tiny Home & Nordic Spa and the Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association are not responsible for:
– Technical or booking issues on third-party platforms.
– Travel delays, cancellations, or costs beyond the awarded stay.
– Damages, losses, or injuries sustained before, during, or after the stay.

By accepting the prize, the winner releases Oliver’s Tiny Home & Nordic Spa and the Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only for administering this giveaway, booking communications, and optional future email updates from Oliver’s Tiny Home & Nordic Spa, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
